Merchants Seeking to Join the Network: We provide information for lending institutions, and content and other service providers in the lending and loan industry who want to join the HomeLoanCompanies.com network. If you would like to become an affiliate, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online application form. This information includes your name, your company's name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and Web site address.
User Feedback: If a User wishes to provide us with feedback about our Web site and/or services related to our Web site, we request your name and e-mail address.

Matching loan service providers may then contact you directly via e-mail, telephone, or facsimile. If you prefer not to be contacted by telephone, you may choose only to provide us with your fax number. Each of the participating lenders has expressly consented by individual agreement with HomeLoanCompanies.com not to share or disclose your contact and lending information with third parties without HomeLoanCompanies.com permission or other than as necessary to fulfill their service obligations and to collect the associated costs and expenses. If HomeLoanCompanies.com provides participating lenders with the permission to share or disclose your contact and lending information with their affiliates or other service providers in the lending and loan industry, we obligate participating lenders to ensure that their affiliates and other service providers adhere to HomeLoanCompanies.com privacy policy.
